What I am saying about Brandon is that he is thinking too much on offense and you can tell he wants to get to the middy and then 2nd guesses himself

There were a number of games last season where he used his midrange game to get going, avoiding the midrange jumpers is not helping him at all IMO

ok we lost by like 14 but if you had looked at the score when it was a 7 point game it should not have been that close and I don’t think it was close because we were good it was close cuz micic got easy shots Josh had a good game bridges almost had a triple double melo was good but mainly it was close because Cavs didn’t play that well and d Mitch didn’t play

Just got around to watching this game. Was Diabate hurt? I don’t recall seeing him the entire second half. If he wasn’t, not sure why we weren’t playing him given how Allen was feasting on our smaller defenders.

NIce to see back to back good games from Green and Miles, as well as signs of life from Micic.

I honestly didn’t know Ty Jerome was still in the NBA. I guess he’s the latest journeyman player to have a career night against us. And it isn’t just him that does it, but I think he took three steps on just about every one of his drives to the basket. I can remember a time when that used to be considered a travel.

I agree with this and would extend it beyond just Miller. I’ll try to keep my rants on modern basketball to a minimum but it’s so frustrating to watch guys just jack up 3 after 3 with little to no diversity in our offensive approach. 3s are great when they’re falling. Not so great when they’re not. 3 is better than 2, but a made shot is better than a missed one. Higher percentage post ups should always be a part of basketball. I understand why people feel mid-range shots aren’t as preferred, but they can make a lot of sense if they play to a guy’s specific strengths, like Miller. I don’t think he’s nearly as effective when he functions exclusively as a 3-pt shooter.

I can’t wait for the mid range to come back. Basketball is nearly unwatchable as it is currently being played

I wasn’t dissatisfied with this game. Made a nice run in the third to get in close, which I’ll take against an undefeated Cavs team.
