We don’t need Brandon Miller to win games we just need a coach that knows how to make sense with his lineups! We are down by 16 at the half and even if coach calls good lineups in the second half it is unlikely we can win this game being that far behind, That is unless Lamelo Ball gets hot and scores 40 or more. Once again it’s the same old Hornets we have become accustomed to.
Why does coach substitute when our team makes a run only to go from 4 points to a 19 point deficit. Especially giving Tre Mann way too many minutes! Also Miles Bridges and Lamelo are very cold so why play them so much? When we made a run coach changes the lineup with no rhyme or reason, It is going to be another ****** season!!!
Weird lineup management tonight from Lee. Honestly not our biggest issue tonight. Defense looks ROUGH and has all 4 games honestly.
And yeah how bout our rook setting an NBA record tonight.
We played 90 rookie minutes tonight. Not sure any team expects to win with that. But staggeringly, they weren’t the problem.
That just tells you how bad our roster was that these rookies are getting all these minutes lol. I haven’t heard a peep from anyone we let go from last year.
I am just so pleasantly surprised at how seemingly easily Kon is filling into Miller’s role. Obvious they are worlds different in terms of player types but it is a really good sign that he is able to show consistently that he can have that type of impact. Positive things happen when he is involved on both ends.
He is going to be the best player on the team in about 3 years
Ok, get that out of your system young buck. It was a poorly officiated game, I get it. But flush that ish out and back to business.
I missed it. What did he do?
Flipped off the ref.
Refs deserved it
Yeah. Just saw it
They did. But he’s got to control himself better. Coach Lee has got to stand up for his players during the game, before it gets to that point. Even getting a tech himself if need be. I thought Miami was very physical in what I saw. That’s normal NBA officiating though.
