And for the record, I effin’ hate these guys; eff them and the trade exception they rode in on.

Really glad Reeves is out tonight. Should be a fun one while Lebron stands around on defense.
Great win last night. Played well. Hate the Lakers. Get one of these next two and that’s a winning road trip.
Welp, the Melo, Kon, Miller, Miles, Moussa starting lineup is looking good. I fully believe we can beat anyone and also lose to anyone any given night.
Always fun to stay up late and beat the Lakers!
The Hornets are that character in a tv show that’s always screwing up, making a mess of their life and their family, but then they always do juuust enough to make you love them again and give them one more chance. Then if course they break your heart again. After beating OKC and then again tonight, I’m like - awww, I like everybody, let’s keep the band together to see if it works (knowing it won’t work).
But getting all our young talent playing with synergy like that is what we were always hoping to see. The Core-ish Four (although the 4 is subject to change like Destiny’s Child members) scored 100 last night. The 4 of them shot 56% together, and the 4 were 19-35 from 3! And they were very unselfish, aggressive attacking the basket when need be, and hitting tough shots. Nobody played hero ball, Melo got to be the showman, but was racking up assists when his shot wasn’t falling in the first half.
This is the vision. And Moose is the perfect big with them, I loved how he could switch onto LeBron and Luka and hold is own.
Speaking of LeBron and Luka…. I don’t… dislike either one of them per se. They are incredible, generational talents. But I so hate preferential treatment, and then they have the audacity to bitch at the referees constantly when they aren’t coddled.
When LeBron stepped on Millers foot and elbowed him in the head, and the refs had a chance to review it in slow motion and were like, “yep, it was in fact Brandon who caused the harm!” To lie like that to our faces, I just hate what the fanduel we have to accept.
And I love how Luka is allowed to drive into a players body, then fade away, and the refs assume it was because he was pushed back. Yet Kon gets grabbed and knocked 3 different ways on a drive and gets no love.
So good job team, way not to panic when the lakers were hitting everything in the first. Sion, Kon, Grant, and Moose inject such physicality and toughness to the team, its starting to make a big difference.
