I’ll actually disagree to an extent. I think that IF teams re sign a player that they’ve drafted, they should get a “luxury tax credit” so that the salary doesn’t count as much against the cap

I actually like the second apron/hard cap rule. Fuck teams like Boston, lakers, warriors who don’t give a fuck about the luxury tax.

With the second apron tax, but the REAL killer is the repeater tax. That shit is crazy

I like the second apron, repeater tax, new CBA. It breaks apart bullshit teams like the KD warriors.

It puts an emphasis on draft picks, nailing your 2nd round draft picks, and cap management. You can’t just be a rich franchise throwing money around. OR be a dumb franchise that doesn’t plan (Minnesota and Cleveland)
