what a classic. I watched this one a year or two ago for the first time after reading the books. Funny to compare the one made in 1984 to the new Dune film. It was a good chance for David Lynch to be weird, fun all around.
Clippers GM, interesting. One thing I can say about all three of those teams is they are ACTIVE in their roster building and turnover.
Should we be expecting a hiring before this season ends?
Isn’t MK the PBO and GM? Are they hiring 1 to do both or 1 for each?
I assume it’ll be down to the contract of the successful candidate. At least these all have their finger on the pulse of the league and the draft, so that aspect isn’t a concern.
The only one that is for me is the time it will subsequently take to find their chosen HC. This could mean one more year of Cliff if the new GM’s current contract precludes him from signing promptly enough. Pure speculation on my part, but it’s where my mind took me.
One for both most likely
If contracts allow, I’m sure the sooner the better. Knowing the draft in general is one thing, but understanding the goals, internal scouting, and possible deals to be made is another.
Give me the clippers GM, Trent redden.
I like any of them as they don’t seem like retreads. I do wish we would split the GM and Basketball Ops roles out however.
Bring in Trent Redden and sign Paul George!

That guy must be desperate. Good luck to him. Maybe the emergence of miller will make his job easier. I hope he hires the right coach. fingers crossed
