After several years we’re finally back in postseason play. Let’s keep the season alive tonight!
After coming up short and cooling off over the last couple games I’m definitely feeling a bit nervous. And I’m dreading playing Miami too.
If we had gotten the 7th or 8th seed, I’d be very confident we’d be making the playoffs, but as the 9/10, I’m definitely not confident. Especially since Miami has had our number for years, and if we beat them, we’ll possibly face Philly, who similarly just has had our number for years.
Most Heat fans seem kinda apathetic about this game but I can basically guarantee that Erik Spoelstra will have his team ready to play
This game makes me super nervous. I don’t love how we’ve looked lately.

Let’s Go Hor-Nets!
Haven’t been able to post as much this year, but I’m just as into every game like always. Really pumped about tonight. I feel good, it’s of course gonna be tough because Miami always uglies it up, and they got Bam and Herro and Gabriela’s brother.
But I don’t think it will be like the last 2 play ins. We’re at home now, the crowd will be nuts. Especially against the Heat, all that hatred will be focused on the bad guys. I think we’re due for a big game from 3, it’s been awhile since we knocked everything down.
The biggest game in years. Only fitting we have to go through our biggest one sided rival. But lets exorcise those demons.
Court side boys, any of yall here?
Hornets coming through in a meaningful basketball game. Let’s go.
Not there, but there in spirit.
Holy shit guys. Don’t have anything else to say. But holy shit
I actually kind of like that shots weren’t falling and yet we pulled out a gritty win. Could be good for us in the long run.
If we were going to lose that’s how I expected us to lose with the 3pt shot just not falling, but despite that we played a gritty ass 53 minutes and pulled out a win
Holy shit guys the narrative on Melo is bad. People are talking about how dirty of a play that was and Melo should’ve been ejected. Which is crazy because Melo was falling backwards and bam was already off balance and falling backwards before melo touched his ankle.
Who cares? We’ve had dirty plays on our guys many times over and as you said this isn’t an obvious case of him trying to hurt Bam. I’m more concerned about Kon getting right. Awesome to get a win.
Me too bro, we were about to leave… and then we won :45 mins later, ![]()
Honestly I’m insanely biased but to me they both collided and LaMelo raised his hand to avoid Bam stepping on it and it unluckily ended up being at Bams ankle. Bam was already falling down and if LaMelo wanted to pull him down he would’ve done a lot more than gingerly have his hand out
Who cares fuckem… we need to be the assassins
Tbh I think Bam being in the game may have even hurt Miami even because with our threes they were able to play a lot faster without him by utilizing Ware and essentially 4 guards.
Though it did look like Bam was going to give Moussa hell
Reddit is freaking out about it. Some saying he should be suspended for the next game, others saying multiple games into the start of next season if they lose.
