Use this to track Summer League roster, including Exhibit 10 contracts and G-League invites.
I don’t know if this is their plan…but with how horrible historically the Hornets have hated helping the young prospects, they’ve added the familiar playmakers to some of our picks, which can only help synergy.
Got Sion for Kon. This guy could help Kalk. Now we just need another UConn guy for Hornet686…I mean Liam, and we could have a pretty competitive team this summer. Tidjane and KJ should be there. I’m sure NSJ has graduated from the Summer program, I’d kinda like to see him continue to progress there, but I’d understand if he wasn’t on the roster.
Neal is a baller! He destroyed UConn all season!
Hiring Mr Neal for the summer league team is not good for KJ. I am sure that KJ sees this potential threat to his job. With that said, I like the fact that Neal is taller than KJ. Again, NSJ is also on the clock this summer. I don’t think the roster can accommodate Wendell and Damion particularly since four picks were made. Those guys might get cut during summer league much less by the end of the summer.
And so it begins.
I don’t know about all that. What I do know is that we’ve been HORRID at the PG spot in the last few camps and I welcome having multiple legit PGs to run the show properly.
As always for the summer league and any draft picks…may the best man win.
If KJ kills it and secures the backup pg spot, great! NSJ needs to show a big jump this year. By the third year, if you can’t prove you can be a regular rotation player, its likely not going to happen.
Hilarious.
Let me barrow less dramatic more concise wording from another dude to restate my point:
I want all of these guys to win. But when they get cut I reflect on the fact that most of them have already made more money than most people will see in a lifetime.
I love they are leaning into seasoned college players
I interpreted that as All Star Someday.
