I think if you are planning on keeping ball, mj takes his dad out golfing. Midway through hole #1 basically says that he has no problem keeping him for 5 years whether “his family” wants him there or not. And if “his family” becomes an issue, detroit, cleveland or sacramento could be home too. Or he can just dither away in charlotte

I doubt his dad will be an issue, he’s been pretty quiet the past few years. Plus he’ll have his time split between all three kids

Now, what i really want to know though… was Russillo’s report about MJ adamantly not wanting Ball was true? I don’t think I’ve ever heard Russillo report something that wasn’t true… so I wonder what happened there? Maybe we tried to trade and couldn’t?

As yall know, I wanted Ball. I’m just curious if everybody was all in on it, or someone took some convincing?
