I guess Nets will also accept the first-born sons of every Hornets fan in the mix too. Kyrie played only 29 games last season, and I bet he would play less than that in Nets if KD leaves.

I read that as there is actually a thread of credibility to Durant and Charlotte.
Not interested in Kyrie. Dont want another smaller guard and especially not him. Wouldnt surprise me one bit if he retires mid-season where ever he goes. I would deifnitely do that deal for KD.

But interestingly enough, the way that is worded sounds like we have at least engaged in discussions with them, as a source said what they would not be willing to accept.
But, as always, I’m sure we are just being used as a pawn to up the ante for other teams. Oh well…

No to Irving… not bc he’s a bad player, but he could just decide to not play at a moments notice. The guy is a head case.

I read it as Kyrie not KD. Not sure though, would need full context.
I mean, throw the best offer we can at them for KD and figure out the rest later. 4 year deal? Just make sure he would be good with being here and if so, it happens.
I repeat, Lamelo and KD share the same agency (Jay Zs) so there is some mutual benefit there.
