Hey all, we are reaching the end of what started as a very fun Bobcats experiment ending in a very fun Hornets season. A couple of folks have started their own Discord channels to keep their own communities alive and I want to use this thread for everyone to use the last days of this month of the board to socialize their Discord Servers or other means of keeping in contact.

I have visited this website multiple times a day for over half my life. I will miss BobcatsPlanet. This is where I became a BOBCATS fan.

So sad to be moving on but I’m very thankful to everyone involved in keeping the spirit alive all this time. This version of the site says I’ve visited over 2,000 days (!!) and I was around the original board as well so its been a long ride through some really lean years to get to this point. To be honest just having a - Planet- of our own to vent, laugh, and hope made the struggle bearable and helped keep the buzz and excitement alive in all of us. Hoping as the Hornets ascend going forward we can all keep in touch and keep the memories of the Planet alive as well..

End of the month.
Feel free to join a Discord Server I’ve set up for Hornets Planet members. I haven’t been pushing it anywhere else; just put it together when Eastley announced that this site would be shutting down.
It’s been quiet as everyone has been on here. But feel free to check it out!

Appreciate this site and you guys so much. This has been by far the best Hornets board on the Internet. I’ve joined the discord board (TN Hornets Fan) and realgm (TN_fan). I joined At the Hive forum when I joined HP, I’ll probably try to go back there some. It’s been a pleasure guys. Hope to talk Hornets with all of you going forward. Go Hornets!

Ye cheers eastley, moderators and the whole community, it’s been a pleasure.
I’d echo previous comments, definitely wouldn’t have developed the same passion for Charlotte basketball without the original bobcatsplanet, didn’t rejoin hornetsplanet for a few years after the rebrand but glad I eventually did, always good chat and a heck of a season to end on, future looks bright.
