Let’s get this thing going
Game chat
Honestly, I feel like mark is going to be out for a while. And I feel like it was my fault for doing my write up about mark Williams being the hornets’ X factor this season. I shouldn’t have even been thinking about mark Williams lol. I bet he’s out at least two more weeks. And they’ll be talking about “re evaluating” twice a week
Hopefully we have a Joel Embiid situation where he can finally be healthy??? But I’m really losing hope here.
I heard Coach Lee on WFNZ earlier today. They asked about Mark, said he’s making progress, but Mark was frustrated he’s missing the first game and really wants to get back out there. I feel like if it was a game or 2, he would’ve said he’d be back next week. But it seemed that it was more, we have the guys to hold down the fort, and Mark will make it back in due time.
See ya in 2025 Mark! (j/k…or not)
2025 seems about right. Hornets law.
You’ve posted a good hornets law meme or two. There was a good simpsons one
I just can’t with miles bridges anymore. He is a version of Corey maggette.
Don’t you besmirch Corey Maggette’s name like that.
Come on Powell! Don’t you conjure that voodoo stuff on Miller.
That’s kinda crazy, 90 pages of posts about one game. I am not sure how anyone can track anything.
Where was Shannon Spake tonight? Who was the new Ashley? Am I out of the loop?
I had the same two questions. You aren’t alone there.
Shannon Spake has NASCAR duties as well so Ashley is filling in for her in those scenarios. Ashley is a local, highly respected sports reporter
One of the things I appreciated most about last night was that for once, we seemed to be the team that made the adjustments at halftime. That has rarely been the case in recent years. The defense, rebounding and collective effort seemed better in the second half which suggests that Lee has their ear.
Also I thought Udoka did us a solid by sitting Sengun for as long as he did in the 4th. His extended rest as we were seizing control of the game was odd, especially since we seemed to have no answer for him all night.
