JB is a great coach but it’s a big weakness of his. He gets super set on certain guys and will put people in the doghouse.
He’s the kind of coach that will bench a guy and lose a game just to make a point.
Edit: hard for players to earn minutes and gain trust when they don’t see the floor. I get so sick of “guys will earn minutes”. How do they do that if they don’t get run or any minutes?
