No, the CO Sports Editor did - he mentioned on Twitter that he was made aware it was a violation of the League Pass TOS.

Don’t say “the NBA deleted your link” - it’s factually wrong, it’s technically wrong, it’s conceptually wrong, and you doubling down actuallying me with your make believe is not a win.
He literally stated that a reader pointed out the TOS and he pulled it down. It takes precious little time and energy to be accurate.
