The tremendous upside of Kai is readily apparent. Dude has excellent handles and an incredible motor to go along with elite athleticism. I can see greatness in his future if he improves his footwork on his shot and quickens his release.

Yeah, and heā€™s crazy raw, like more so than many other ā€œrawā€ players. Seems like a smart guy who will learn and grow rapidly.

That amazing brain should have no problems learning the game at a high level. Heā€™s pretty much made for basketball, imo.

Shout out to Michael Beasley. My first instinct is to clown him (Did we scout this guy this year?), but honestly, good for him for doing whatever he needs to do to stay in the league. Iā€™m sure most former lottery picks wouldnā€™t be interested in summer league a decade later.
