Well fellas, how are we feeling? I’m feeling prettttty darn good. It feels like the Hornets are being run like a competent franchise.
I would say I am genuinely interested in what they are going to do with Miles and Melo ONLY because of the Mark trade. It feels like it was an inflection point. Maybe at draft time they make moves.
I’m pretty shocked they didnt trade for a PG, as Lamelo is always hurt right now.
I’m more likely to attend a game.

I agree with you here. The people who don’t like him never will no matter what, but he has been a good player for us, especially this season. Even still, I’m fine moving him if the return makes sense, but only if it makes sense. I don’t want him gone just to have him gone.

I think Dennis Smith Jr has been waiting in the wings for us to be our backup pg every since he been showing up to games. Just have to waive someone to get him a spot.

I feel great about today and the rest of the season. Full steam ahead, full tank mode and no mercy. I’d give this trade deadline season a solid “A” rating for Peterson and co. As the kids would say, "this shit slaps yo., as this trade deadline certainly was not “mid”. Far from it.
We have several candidates in the buyout market that we can now take some time to let things settle (if we want) and cut space to sign Diabate and even bring in someone unwanted as depth help for limping home the rest of the way. Assume Seth, Cam minimally will be gone eventually.
